Delivery Address CANNOT be a Post Office Box or Military APO, FPO, or AE.

Shipping Outside of the U.S.:
If your shipping location is outside of the United States please send your order via email to Customer Service.

Include with your order information: Quantity, Product ID, Product Name, Price, Color and Physical Dimentions. (You can copy the information from our product page and paste it into your email). Also, you must include a contact name and phone number and best time (EST) to reach you.

Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.

Standard Ground Shipping within the contiguous U.S.:
To see shipping cost, add the items to your Shopping Cart and select your shipping destination. Click on Update Totals to re-calculate the total after each item is added or if you change the shipping destination.

Depending on the shipping warehouse, some smaller and more fragile items are shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail at no additional charge.

Shipping Outside of the contiguous U.S. - Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam are shipped via air. To see shipping cost, add the items to your Shopping Cart and select your shipping destination. Click on Update Totals to re-calculate the total after each item is added or if you change the shipping destination.

RUSH Shipping is at an additional charge:
To see the charge for Rush Shipping (air or ground), you will have to continue to the next step in the Checkout Process and Select Rush Shipping.
There is no Rush Shipping to International Locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.
Some items cannot be shipped by air. If you select this method and we are not able to ship your order by air, we will notify you immediately.
Separate Shipments:
Please note that some items may be shipped separately where necessary or if shipping is from a different warehouse. Items shipped separately may have different shipping dates and will arrive on different days. There is no additional charge.

Orders are shipped via Standard UPS, USPS Ground or Standard Truck unless Express Ground or Air is requested.

Depending on the warehouse and manufacturer, items are shipped out 2 to 7 business days after receiving your order unless otherwise stated. Some items are shipped as early as the next day.

Customized Item - these orders are manufactured only when ordered and will take longer to ship...please note the estimated time for shipment on the product detail page.

Sales Tax:
There is no sales tax for products shipped outside of New York State (including outside of the U.S.). Products shipped to locations in New York State will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
