Elegant Home Accents offers products
for sale from several clock manufacturers. If you have any questions
please contact us at Customer
Service and we will
do our best to serve you.
- Replacement or Refund
Product replacement or refund will be made to the original Purchaser
only.
You must notify us in writing at Customer
Service within 3 business days of
receipt of the product. Product must
be returned in its original packaging in order to receive
a refund.
Shipping charges for merchandise returned due to damage will be paid for by the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all products returned for credit.
Merchandise returned
for credit is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Product Descriptions
Written descriptions and images of the products presented
at Elegant Home Accents are provided by the suppliers
of the products or obtained by permission. We do not guarantee
or warrant that any
product information or image is
accurate, complete, or does not infringe on another's
rights, or that any product offered for sale is fit for any
particular purpose,
or of any specific quality. Elegant Home Accents reserves
the right to add
to or remove products from the Site, create categories
of products, and to place any product into a category
or
categories, at
its sole discretion.
- Prices and Availability of Products
Prices and availability of products presented at Elegant Home Accents
are subject to change without notice. Items may
be offered for sale for a specified time and then withdrawn without
notice. Items that are sold may or many not be replenished.
Discontinued items will be available as long as supplies last.
- Payment Terms
Payments for transactions at Elegant Home Accents may be paid by
MasterCard, Visa, American Express or PayPal. In compliance with
credit card
fraud prevention programs, and in
order to better protect the interests of our customers, credit
card information is validated and authorized through the credit
card
company via a secure card processing system for the exact
amount of the purchase, including applicable shipping and any
discounts
at the time purchase. Credit card payment terms are
determined by the credit card issuing company. Elegant Home Accents reserves the right
to add or drop the credit card companies it accepts at its sole discretion.

- Sales Tax
There is no sales tax for products shipped outside of New York State.
Products shipped to locations within New York State will be charged
the appropriate sales tax.
- Size of Images on this Site
Many of the images on this site are presented large enough to reveal
the details in the product. Be sure to read the description
and understand the dimensions before making your purchase.
- Billing and Invoice Information
Products sold at this web site are offered by Elegant Home Accents,
therefore your invoice and statements may reflect either Elegant
Home Accents or Clocks at EHA.
